What is Penile Yeast Infection?
The penile Candida infection is the infection that is caused by yeast or a fungus and is localized on the penis. 4. Antibiotics. In the modern society we are used to treat every infection with antibiotics. While beneficial for bacterial infections, antibiotics are very bad for yeast infections. Let me explain why: the overgrowth of Candida is stopped by good (beneficial, friendly bacteria). Antibiotics have no discrimination: they kill both good and bad bacteria, all together. As long as good bacteria are not present, there is a place for Candida infection.
