Typically they are lotions that you apply either to your abdomen, pelvis or directly on your male anatomy. They also come in the form of trandermal patches which area applied similarly.

Hmmm.....So what are the ingredients that make them work?

Unfortunately - in OUR experience, none! They simply don't work as advertised either in patch or cream form. Many of these companies will tell you that they contain exotic herbs or other ingredients that facilitate blood flow to the penis, and that IS in fact possible. (although often unproven by the specific companies that make them)

Some foods for example, have in fact been proven to dilate blood vessels which play a part in facilitating blood flow to the penis. Dark chocolate, for example, being one of them. But just because more blood is "flowing" to your organs doesn't automatically make them bigger....they need exercise to increase in size, density and mass, and NO lotion or cream, unfortunately can do that!
